Welcome to Fuller Life Makeover! I am very excited to begin to share my journey with anyone who needs some motivation to take control of their lives and be a better version of themselves. About a year and a half ago, I was barely getting through my days, suffering from depression and complete physical and mental burnout. I felt absolutely defeated even though I could look around me and see many wonderful things to be joyful about. After a whirlwind year, I had neglected to take care of my body, mind, and spirit, and was completely running on auto-pilot. After an anniversary trip with my husband, where all I felt was crushing fatigue, I decided that I to do something to reclaim my life. I couldn’t wait another day, one where I was less busy, or less stressed out so I immersed myself in books and articles on how to combat stress, practice mindfulness, and maximize my productivity so I could have more time to do the things that truly make me happy. I began to shift my perspective to cultivate more joy into my everyday life, and have made many lifestyle changes, small and large that have had a positive impact and that now I hope to share with you. Modern life is beyond hectic, and I know that I am not alone in feeling like it is impossible to just catch your breath.
